Units 101 to 107

Habita’s first apartments main characteristics are the differences achieved in each one. This was made possible thanks to the adaptation of the original house into eight apartment studios, where guests could enjoy different types of apartments with great landscape and wonderful climate because of its location.

The final result was an apartment complex, set in an exquisite country setting beautifully designed, open spaces, swimming pool and gardens in a quiet and peaceful area, set up for your comfort. This project was achieved in an excellent area on the north side of Cali (Menga neighborhood), 35 minutes from the Cali, Airport and very close to the Acopi-Yumbo industrial zone.

Units 119 to 124 and Social Area

Habita offers contemporary architecture which evokes the Mediterranean architecture, again different types of apartment studios for different taste and needs. They are heterogeneous in form and in their relationship with the landscape, being this last one very important therefore the terraces and balconies presence that allows guests to feel the surrounding areas and landscapes as part of their apartments. In each window you can find a different scene, which goes from the rocks abstract images to the sights that get lost on the valley and the city’s immensity.
